Have you ever sat in one of those vibrating massage chairs? Did you like it and never want it to end? Now imagine you had that feeling going on inside your body...yes, I said inside your body, all day everyday 24 hours a day. Do you think you would still enjoy it. NO! I have that feeling, it started out like OK, cool no problem, this could work. Ha-ha jokes on me, it's really starting to get annoying.
Why am I buzzing do you ask...it's a Spinal Cord Stimulator. I had it implanted in December to help with chronic pain from CRPS/RSD in my left leg, while it helps at about 15 - 20% I buzz regularly. The weirdest part for me is if I cough, sneeze or laugh it sends the volume up, and sometimes very high. Best Buy, that place is the most fun, I have to be turned off before entering their store or catch one heck of a jolt on the way in as their security scanners are no joke! I was told this could be a possibility for me as every ones body is different and some are more sensitive then others, I guess mine is sensitive...go figure. I finally got a card in the mail to prove that I have this device implanted so I can by-pass these detectors, thank God! What prompted me to write this today was the weather, it's getting so cold outside now that I have noticed that if I begin to shiver at all boy does the buzzing volume begin...up, down, up, down. It's a good thing people can't see me vibrating, I can only imagine what I could possibly look like all winter with all the the shivering...lol
